What payment methods does Ibiza Disco Ticket accept?
You can choose your preferred payment method when purchasing or reserving a ticket. You will be directed to a secure Paypal system where you can either pay using your Paypal account or with any major credit or debit card including American Express, Mastercard or Visa. You will be billed by Ibizadiscoticket.com, the name will show up on your Paypal account. You can refer to the Paypal terms and conditions for further information.
How secure is my personal information? How are my personal details protected?
Paypal is the safest way to make a payment. We never keep any credit cards details in our system.
What if I don't want to purchase presale tickets, can I purchase tickets at the door?
Events can be oversubscribed and sell out, therefore it is highly recommended to purchase a pre-sale ticket. Entry is not guaranteed into any club without a pre-sale ticket. Ticket prices are usually much higher at the club door; they can be anything between 5euro and 30euro more expensive.

How can I reserve and collect my tickets?
RESERVE TICKETS ONLINE
Reserving tickets online is really easy. Follow these simple steps in order to make your booking:
- Use our Party Calendar to choose your event
- Select the date and the party
- Select the number of tickets you wish to book. Then add the total deposit fee (�5 per ticket) to your basket. The full price of the ticket (payable upon collection in Ibiza) is displayed to the right of the �Ticket Quantity� case.
- Continue shopping or proceed to Check Out
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

Pay your deposit:
- If you are a Paypal user, log into your Paypal account by entering your email address and password. Review and confirm your order.
- If you don't have a Paypal account, there is an option on PayPal that lets you pay by credit or debit card without needing to have an account. Fill out the Paypal payment form. Note that Paypal accepts all major international credit and debit cards.
- Your financial security is Paypal�s highest priority; your financial details are completely safe. Check that your order is correct before submitting it. Changes after placing an order are subject to an administration fee so check it carefully. You will receive a Paypal notification stating your transaction by mail.
- You will be re-directed to a confirmation page on our website summing up your transaction reminding you of the next steps to collect your tickets.
- In addition, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your payment and next steps to collect your tickets.
- You will be billed by Ibiza Disco Ticket, whose name will show up on your Credit Card / Paypal account.
COLLECTING YOUR TICKETS
Collecting your tickets is just as easy:
- Print out your confirmation email or the Paypal notification received via email
- Bring the confirmation along with your ID and card used for payment to one of the tickets outlets listed on our website here
- Pay the balance of your ticket in full by cash or credit card.
- Receive your ticket
- Look forward to your party
Upon request, we can deliver your reserved tickets straight to your hotel or apartment on the island. A fee for this service may vary according to where you are located. Please contact us for further details.
Can I reserve my ticket anytime?
You can resaerve your ticket on www.ibizadiscoticket.com anytime up to the night of the event. We guarantee all reserved tickets will be available at any of our ticket outlets.
Are my reserved tickets exchangeable?
If for any reasons you change your mind and decide you want to go to another party after you have reserved online, you can exchange your reserved ticket for any other party or ticket of your choice. An exchange can be requested anytime, online and in our outlets, before and after the originally reserved event.
Can I get a full refund of my paid deposit?
If for whatever reason you do not want to attend the party you reserved, you can claim a full refund of your deposit fee within the night of the event, online or in our outlets.
Where and when can I collect the tickets?
You can collect the tickets in Ibiza at any of the ticket outlets listed on the website.
You must print out your deposit confirmation and bring your ID to one of our ticket outlets located in Ibiza Town, San Antonio or Playa d'en Bossa. Once there, you will have to pay the balance (full ticket price minus paid deposit). Payments by cash and credit card are accepted.
Additionally, we offer a delivery service upon request to your hotel or apartment. Your reserved tickets will be delivered straight to your door. Please find contact details for this service in our On-Demand Delivery section.
We do not ship tickets by post.
Can I collect my tickets at the club doors or any other outlet not listed on the website?
No tickets can be collected at the club or outlets that are not listed on the listed tickets outlets section of the website.
Please note that your printed email confirmation or Paypal notification is not a valid ticket and therefore will not allow you entrance into any of the clubs. You will not be able to collect your reserved tickets at any of the clubs.
The confirmation email or Paypal notification are only valid to collect your tickets at the listed outlets only listed on the website. Collecting your tickets at any other outlet could involve the loss of your paid deposit.
Whose name goes on the deposit confirmation?
The Credit card holder or Paypal account holder name will be on the deposit confirmation.
What do I need to identify myself at the designated outlets?
At one of our ticket outlets, show your printed deposit receipt (Ibiza Disco Ticket confirmation email or Paypal notification), a photo ID card or driving license is also required.
Can I book tickets for more than 1 person?
Yes of course, simply select the number of people you want on each ticket. Each of your friends have the right to claim your booked tickets in our ticket outlets by providing your deposit receipt and ID.
What if I change my mind and decide to attend another event scheduled on the same night or week?
If you change your mind and decide to not attend your reserved event and want to attend a different event you can exchange your ticket anytime before or after the original reserved event.
Cancelled or rescheduled events
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled go to one of our ticket outlets or contact us online, and we will refund your deposit. You have the option to change your reserved ticket for another event ticket of your choice (by email, phone or in our outlets). Your deposit receipt and proof of identity (in the outlets) or transaction number (by email or phone) must be provided.
If an event is cancelled and you also end up canceling your trip to Ibiza, a refund will be made through Paypal. Note that Ibiza Disco Ticket will refund the deposit fee upon request only (you will need to inform us by email). Payment will be made within 30 days of us being notified.
Rescheduled events
If an event is rescheduled you will be given the following options:
- You will be able to attend the rescheduled event
- You will be refunded the deposit fee (directly in our ticket outlets if you are on the island, or via Paypal)
- You will be able to change your reserved ticket for another event
Your deposit receipt and ID must be provided.
If you do not wish or will not be able to attend the rescheduled event in Ibiza and would like a refund then you will need to advise us by email and we'll proceed to refund your deposit payment.
What if I lose my deposit receipt?
If you have been sent a deposit receipt and it has been lost or stolen, you'll have to prove your booking by providing us with your ID when you are in one of our ticket outlets.
Incorrect ticket or contact details
If you have made a mistake when booking your tickets please notify us by email to info@ibizadiscoticket.com or alternatively in person at one of our outlets.
We guarantee to change your tickets anytime prior to your arrival on the island or at our ticket outlets at the time of collection.
My confirmation email did not arrive
First, check your 'spam' folder. Sometimes our email messages are marked as 'spam' either by your ISP or your email software's built-in spam filter. If you are using an office or work email address, 'spam' filtering may be centralised.
We try to ensure that our email doesn't look like spam, but it is your responsibility to check your email settings and ensure that you can receive and email from us.
If you haven't already verified your email address, please do so - this ensures that we have the correct email address and that you can receive email from our servers.
Please check that the "use email" contact preference is set, (the checkbox is ticked in your accounts contact details section).
3. E-TICKET
What is an e-ticket?
An e-ticket is an electronic ticket. Purchasing an electronic ticket in advance for your chosen event will save you a lot of time. By purchasing an e-ticket, we will send you an email to confirm your order which will include your e-ticket. You will need to print it off and give in at the door before entering the club along with your ID.
Ticket pricing and availability
Ibiza Disco Ticket sells tickets on behalf of promoters and club venues. Ibiza Disco Ticket does not decide on the price of the ticket. All ticket prices are inclusive of local taxes.
When do Tickets go on sale?
Every year the Party Calendar usually goes online by February - March. Due to unannounced and unconfirmed event dates, Ibiza Disco Ticket keeps last year's Party Calendar available till February so people can have an overview of what is likely to take place. Although some club tickets go on sale in February, some may not be available until May due to events releasing their schedules and prices at different times.
Whose name will be printed on the e-ticket?
The name of the credit card holder or the Paypal account holder who purchases the tickets will be printed on the e-ticket.
What do I need to bring to the club?
Without exception you MUST bring your printed e-ticket and photo ID, which clearly shows your name and a recent photo, to the club entrance. Acceptable forms of ID include a driving license with a photo, a personal ID card with a photo or a passport (no photocopies of passports will be accepted). We suggest you take your credit card used to purchase the tickets with you to the club as it may be requested in special cases.
Service charges
A Paypal handling fee of 2,5% per ticket will be added to the total amount on all tickets purchased through Ibiza Disco Ticket.
Should my ticket have a Barcode?
Not all clubs require a barcode on the ticket to guarantee entry. If you do not have a barcode printed on your e-ticket it means the club does not require you to have one.
What happens if the bar code is folded or wrinkled? |
An e-ticket is the same as a normal ticket. You should take care of your e-ticket and ensure the club will be able to scan it if need be. |
How can I check if my order was successful? When do I receive the ticket?
A confirmation page will appear on your screen after you have made a successful order. Your e-ticket will be sent via email immediately after you have made a purchase. You can also print out your e-ticket from the link displayed in your confirmation mail.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
If you want to change the name on your ticket contact info@ibizadiscoticket.com to make your request. All requests must be made within 48hours prior to the event. Exceptions to changing your name on the ticket may apply at certain clubs where the person who made the purchase must enter the club with any other people counted on the same ticket. We cannot guarantee entry to the club without photo ID. In some cases, you may also be requested to present the credit card used to make payment. This is to avoid credit card fraud and to avoid tickets being re-sold by ticket touts.
Can I buy tickets for more than 1 person?
Yes, you have the option to select the number of people you want on each ticket. If you want to book for more than one person, please note that the name of the credit card holder or Paypal account will be printed on the ticket only. No one will be able to enter to the club without the ticket holder whose name will be printed on the ticket - there are no exceptions to this rule.
Multiple tickets will be grouped under a single e-ticket in the name of the credit card or Paypal account holder. The ticket holder is required to arrive with the entire group to guarantee entry to the club. The club may request to see the credit card that was used to make the ticket purchase and photo ID upon entry to avoid fraud.
Can I re-print my Print@Home ticket more than once?
You may print your ticket more than once but only one ticket can be scanned at the door and it cannot be re-used.
Can I buy tickets for other people as a present?
Yes you can purchase tickets as a gift but you must contact us at info@ibizadiscoticket.com to inform us so we can change the name on the ticket. A change of name request must be made within 48 hours prior to the event taking place. Exceptions may apply for certain clubs where the buyer must enter the club with all other persons on the ticket. The club may request to see the credit card that was used to make the ticket purchase and photo ID upon entry to avoid fraud. Photo ID needs to be presented at the club if you have purchased a ticket for a family member with the same name.
VIP tickets
Ibiza Disco Ticket sells special VIP balcony tickets that allow the ticket holder VIP balcony access. This may cost anything between 15euro and 40euro extra per ticket. This ticket will only allow you access to the specified VIP balcony and WILL NOT allow you access to the club VIP table area. (VIP tables can also be reserved separately through Ibiza Disco Ticket). Purchasing a VIP balcony ticket will allow you to enter the club through the same entrance as other internet and pre-sale tickets. You must adhere to a dress code to enter the VIP balcony area, no flip flops are to be worn and no shorts or tank tops are to be worn by men.
Can I get into the event without my printout receipt?
Most clubs allow entry using a barcode system so you must always bring your printed e-ticket to guarantee entry. It is the discretion of the management to allow entry to the club without a ticket. It may be the case that the club allows entry by showing a copy of the ticket on a smartphone, however this is the sole discretion of the club. Ibiza Disco Ticket will not refund any ticket if you are refused entry at the club for not having a printed ticket.
What is the age limit for entry to the clubs?
You must be 18 years or older to enter any club in Ibiza and you must be 18 years or older to buy alcohol.
Can I change my order from e-ticket to a normal paper ticket (reservation system)?
If you want to change your e-ticket into a normal paper ticket you can either request a full refund of the paid amount for the e-ticket and then reserve your paper tickets for 5euros deposit through the website (any request must be made 48 hours prior to the event to info@ibizadiscoticket.com ). Or you can swap your e-ticket with a paper ticket in our tickets outlets, subject to availability (any request must be made 48 hours prior to the event to info@ibizadiscoticket.com ).
I cannot open my e-ticket
You may need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader to open your ticket. If you are still having problems after this then please contact info@ibizadiscoticket.com and we will try to sort out the problem.
Can I show my e-ticket on my smartphone?
It is the discretion of the club to accept your e-ticket on your smartphone. If you own an iPhone or Android device which is capable of opening a PDF file, then you may be able to show your ticket on your phone upon arrival by zooming in on the barcode. Not all venues will accept this so it is up to you to check with the club direct to find out. It is highly suggested that you find a way to print your ticket to have it available when requested. Ibiza Disco Ticket will not refund any ticket if you are refused entry at the club for not having a printed ticket.
I cannot print out my ticket
Ibiza Disco Ticket cannot guarantee entry without your printed ticket. If you do not print your ticket, you may take the credit card used to make the payment and photo ID of the card holder to the club but this will not necessarily allow you entry. Ibiza Disco Ticket will not refund any ticket if you are refused entry at the club for not having a printed ticket.
Can I get a refund on tickets I have bought? What happens if I need to change / cancel my tickets?
Ibiza Disco Ticket allows you to cancel your tickets or change the name on your tickets free of charge by contacting us at info@ibizadiscoticket.com at least 48 hours prior to the event starting. As long as you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you will receive a full refund. Exceptions may apply for some clubs, special parties or tickets with limited availability or special discount prices which cannot be cancelled or have a different cancelation policy. These parties are labeled clearly before purchase and in your email confirmation.
How will I be refunded ?
You can either choose:
- To be refunded online (via Paypal or bank transfer)
- To be refunded in our ticket outlets. You must present your e-ticket and ID in order to get your refund
What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, can I get a refund?
In the unlikely case of the event being cancelled by the club or promoter, you will receive a full refund. You will be notified of the cancelled event via email when the club or promoter notifies us.
If the event is rescheduled you will have the option to receive a refund of the ticket or attend the rescheduled event, or any other option decided by the club itself.
If your event is rescheduled or cancelled, contact us at info@ibizadiscoticket.com. Once we receive authorization of the cancelled or rescheduled event, we can either give you a refund or give you a ticket to the rescheduled event.
What if I purchased the wrong tickets?
If you have purchased the wrong ticket it is not our responsibility to exchange or refund the ticket. We cannot make any exchanges, upgrades, or additions to an existing order (apart from change of ticket holder name). You can either change your e-ticket into a paper ticket of your choice in our tickets outlets ((any request must be made 48 hours prior to the event to info@ibizadiscoticket.com ), or request a refund and repurchase the correct tickets (any request must be made 48 hours prior to the event to info@ibizadiscoticket.com ). Please note, not all refund requests for this reason will be honored. |
What if I lose my ticket?
Please contact us at info@ibizadiscoticket.com or by phone at 0034 633 504 718, and we will re-send you the ticket. If you are unable to get your ticket in time for the event, you may bring the credit card used to make the payment along with photo ID to the club to try and get entry. It is the discretion of the club to allow you entry without a printed ticket. Ibiza Disco Ticket will not refund any ticket if you are refused entry at the club for not having a printed ticket.
I did not get a confirmation receipt and/or email confirmation, how do I know my order has been processed?
A confirmation page will appear on screen after you have made a successful order. Your e-ticket will be sent via email five minutes after you have made a purchase. If you do not receive either of these then contact us at info@ibizadiscoticket.com

Ibiza Disco Ticket may only refund a ticket if a request is made at least 48 hours prior to the event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled (as above) then a refund will be given.

4. PRE-PARTIES & DRINKS PACKAGES
How do I book a Pre-party 'Happy Hour' from the Party Calendar ?
You can book your 'Happy Hour' together with a club event when buying or reserving any club ticket via the website
- Select the date and the club night you wish to attend on our party calendar
- Use the (Reserve your ticket + 1 Hour Pre-Party) basket if available
- Select the number of tickets & "Happy Hours" you wish to book. Then add the total fee to your basket. The full price of the ticket (payable upon collection in Ibiza) is displayed to the right of the "Ticket Quantity" box
- Continue shopping or Proceed to Check Out on Paypal
- You will be re-directed to a confirmation page on our website with details of your transaction and next steps to collect your tickets
- In addition, we will send you an email with confirmation of your payment and ticket collection information
How do I redeem my 'Happy Hour' and collect my reserved tickets ?
Redeeming your "Happy Hour" + collecting your reserved club tickets in our outlets is just as easy:
· Print out your confirmation email or the Paypal notification received via email
· On the night/day of the club event, bring the printed confirmation email along with photographic ID to one of the pre-party outlets listed here (link 1 e 2)
· Please note, our pre-parties mostly run from 9pm to midnight, and from 2 hours prior until two hours after the beginning of a daytime party, so make sure to arrive within that time
· Show your printed confirmation email & photographic ID and get a wristband on which the "Happy Hour" time will be detailed
· Pay the balance of your club ticket in full by cash or credit card
· Collect your club ticket
· Enjoy your "Happy Hour" at the pre-party & enjoy your club night
How do I book other drinks packages?
You can book more Drinks packages on the “Drinks Packages & Pre-parties” section on the website.
· Select the package you wish to use
· Select the number of packages and the date you wish to book for
· Continue shopping or Proceed to Check Out on Paypal
· You will be re-directed to a confirmation page on our website with details of your order and next steps to redeem and enjoy your Pre-party or Drinks package
· In addition, we will send you an email with confirmation of your payment and info on how to redeem your package
How do I redeem my drinks package ?
Redeeming your drinks package in our outlets is also easy:
· Print out your confirmation email or the Paypal notification received via email
· On the date of the booked package, bring your confirmation email along with photographic ID to one of the following pre-party outlets : Tantra, Playa d’en Bossa, (see map & info here: link); Rio Ibiza, San Antonio, (see map and info here link 2)
· Please make sure to arrive within times stated on for each package
· Show your confirmation email & photographic ID and get a wristband on which your "Happy Hour" or package time will be detailed
· If a private booth is included in your drinks package, you will be directed at the outlet box office when you arrive
· If a club ticket or free guestlist is included in your drinks package, collect your club ticket or redeem your guestlist directly at the outlet
· If a boat party ticket is included in your package, pay the balance of your boat party ticket in full by cash or credit card & collect your ticket or wristband directly from the outlet box office. You will get all the information on how to get to the boat, schedule and conditions directly at the outlet.
Can I book "Happy Hours" & Drinks packages anytime ?
You can book our "Happy Hour"and Drinks packages anytime (up to the day of the club event if you booked an "Happy Hour" from the party calendar)
What does my "happy hour" include?
If you booked a “Happy Hour” from the party calendar, that includes one hour free unlimited drinks during the pre-party (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, excluding premium spirits). Should you wish to enjoy premium spirits, you will be asked to pay an additional upgrade fee of 5 – 10 euros in the outlet.
What do other drinks packages include?
If you booked a Drinks package from the “Drinks Packages & Pre-parties” section, this includes one or more hours of unlimited drinks. Some packages also include entry to a club night or a boat party.
VIP and Celebration packages include a private table and limited premium drinks.
Drinks packages usually include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic unlimited drinks, excluding premium spirits. Should you wish to enjoy premium spirits, you will be asked to pay an additional upgrade fee of 5 – 10 euros in the outlet.
If you booked “Two hours of free flowing cava” this will only and exclusively include unlimited Cava.
If you booked a VIP or Celebration Package, this will include one or more premium spirit bottles and a limited number of mixers, wine or beers.

What if I change my mind? Can I change the date of my 'Happy Hour' or Drinks package ?
If for some reason you change your mind and decide you want to redeem your Drinks package at another time, you may exchange the date of booking for any other date of your choice. An exchange can be requested online and in our outlets any time before and after the originally booked date.
Can I exchange my Pre-party 'Happy Hour' or Drinks package for another Pre-party 'Happy Hour' or Drinks package?
If for some reason you change your mind and decide you want to enjoy another package, you may exchange your originally booked package for any other package of your choice available on our “Pre-party” page. Conditions on each drinks package apply.
If the price of the substitute package is higher than the price of the originally booked package you will have to pay the difference in amount. If the price of the substitutive package is lower than the price of originally booked package, we will refund the difference in amount to you. In this case, the difference in amount we owe to you can be converted into an additional pre-party package, drinks package or free drinks in our outlets, or club tickets.
Further arrangements can be made upon discussion.
An exchange can be requested online and in our outlets anytime, before and after the date of the originally booked pre-party or drinks package.
However, conditions for each drinks package apply.
Can I get a full refund on my "Happy Hour" and Drinks packages ?
If for whatever reason you do not want to attend, use or exchange the Pre-party or Drinks packages booked, you can claim a full refund of the amount paid within the date of the originally booked pre-party or drinks package, online or in our outlets.
If you purchased "1 hour free bar multiple packages, the amount paid for the open bars hours you didn’t use is fully refundable until the end of the same season.
Where and when can I attend my "Happy Hour" and use my drinks packages ?
Our daily pre-parties and open bars are held in Tantra Ibiza, Playa d'en Bossa & Rio Ibiza, San Antonio.
The pre-parties usually run from 9pm to midnight for night parties, from 3 hours prior until two hours after the beginning of a daytime party (i.e Ushuaia, Ibiza Rocks), and from 2pm to 6pm for boat parties.
Some drinks packages must be consumed within that time on the booked date according to the conditions for each related package (i.e the “Happy Hour” open bar from 9pm to 10pm, or from 10pm to 11pm, or from 11pm to midnight).
Other Drink packages must be consumed within times and according to the conditions specified for each package.

Tantra Ibiza and Rio Ibiza are also the outlets in which to collect your reserved club or boat party ticket and pay the balance, or redeem your free entry to a club night, depending on the package you booked.
Please note, "Happy Hours" & Drink packages purchased via Ibiza Disco Ticket are only redeemable in outlets mentioned on this website and are not available to use in the clubs. Redeeming and attending the "Happy Hours" and Drink packages in any other outlets will involve the loss of your paid amount.
Please also note, your printed email confirmation or Paypal notification is not a valid ticket and therefore will not allow entrance into any of the clubs. The confirmation email or Paypal notification is only valid to attend pre-parties & collect your tickets from the listed outlets only. Collecting your tickets at any other outlet will involve the loss of your paid deposit.
Should I pay an extra fee for my Drink packages when in the outlet ?
Payments for our "Happy Hour" & Drinks packages will be made in full and in advance on our website. You won't need to pay any additional fee when in the outlets.
Should you wish to consume additional bottles & drinks which are not included in the package, you will be asked to pay an extra fee.
However, if you booked a one-hour open bar + boat party deposit or a one hour open bar + club entry deposit, you will be asked to pay the balance between your paid deposit and the full price of the ticket when collecting this from the outlet.
If you booked a Celebration or VIP package you will be asked to pay the balance between your paid deposit and the full price of the package
Whose name goes on the payment confirmation?
The Credit card holder or Paypal account holder name will be on the payment confirmation.
What do I need to identify myself at the designated outlets?
At one of our pre-party ticket outlets, show your printed or on mobile screen confirmation email or Paypal notification. A photo ID card or driving license is also required.
Can a friend or a family member of mine redeem my “Happy Hour” or Drinks package on my behalf at the outlet ?
Your friends, family or a third person may also redeem your “Happy Hour” or drinks packages and collect booked club tickets on your behalf by providing your confirmation email, their ID and a copy of your ID.
Can I book the "Happy Hour" for more than 1 person?
Yes of course, simply select the number of people you want on each pre-party or open bar.
Is my Drinks package or “Happy Hour” transferable ?
Yes, your Drinks package or “Happy Hour” is transferable to another person. The person you transfer your drinks package to must provide your confirmation mail stating the order, his ID and a copy of your ID, in order to redeem the package.
Can my Drinks package or “Happy Hour” be shared or used by other people at the same time ?
All drinks package are per person, cannot be shared or used by other people. Products included in each will be served to the eligible person only.
