A true household name in the genre of progressive trance, Paul van Dyk has been a part of the electronic dance music industry for over 3 decades.
Not only is he the man that knows how to keep the crowd moving, he’s also somewhat of a national treasure. For those in the know.
A true gent, and one that has kept dance floors heaving throughout his impressive career to date.
Tomorrow we see the return of the hotly anticipated SHINE at Eden, in San Antonio.
This party is a full-on energetic wonderland of seriously good tunes. Along with a naughty sound system to match.
San Antonio has had a revival over the last 7 or so years. Having had somewhat of a comeback, in terms of sought-after events in the area. With Eden holding the crown for this without a doubt.
After a whole list of sold-out parties, which has seen tourism boost locally since the days of Judgement, Godskitchen, Garlands and the like, back in the ‘good old days.’
It’s a town that’s world-famous for it’s epic parties and vibrant, year-round musical culture. Albeit the winter is a little different, but still equally as amazing.

Anyway, back to the point.
SHINE!
Its name does exactly what it says on the tin. It brightens the life in people’s eyes. Bringing smiles to a sea of happy faces, from the second they arrive at the venue.
This is what clubbing is all about.
It’s about finding people that have a mutual understanding, an intertwining taste in the same music and a desire to enjoy every second of it whilst it’s happening. Simply living in the moment.
This party provides a pure, euphoric feeling. A feeling that’s hard to describe. One which takes us back to our heydays on the white isle.
That’s what It’s all about, isn’t it?
