Mastering another countries cuisine isn’t easy.

It takes skill, research, patience and a whole lot of passion.

One man who’s got it down to a T (whilst adding his own twist) is Glyn Caldecott, Head Chef of Relish Restaurant and Cocktail Bar.

Glyn and his kitchen team work tirelessly to create stunning, freshly prepared world-tapas dishes at the family-friendly eatery in San Antonio Bay.

Catering to all tastes and dietary requirements, the Mancunian culinary-maestro has developed a menu so diverse and creative, that it’s a huge hit with returning-customers each summer.

An explosion of wonderful flavours from four corners of the globe (Asia, America, Africa & Europe), all waiting to be explored.

With over 20 tapas options to choose from, each and every one packs its own unique qualities and piquancy.

Just a few of our ‘go-to’ choices are the baked Halloumi & Avocado, Moroccan Spiced Vegetables, Tequila BBQ Chicken Wings and the Miso Salmon.

Over the last decade, Glyn has truly mastered his craft whilst working as Head Chef for the restaurant. So much so that this year he became Co-Owner, alongside original restaurateur Glyn (not one but two). A well deserved step in the right direction for the business going forward.

His passion for food is second to none. Taking great care into ensuring that it’s not only delicious, but also beautifully presented too.

Outside the kitchen you’ll find a dedicated, motivated and energetic team of staff, that bounce off each other so effortlessly.

From ‘Big Boss’ Glyn, never taking a back seat in his role as owner. He’s very much the hands-on type, which shows in the high level of service customers receive.

Manager & Front of House Alice is the one who keeps the ‘Relish Family’ at the top of their game at work. Her enthusiasm and attentivness is something to be admired. She’s ‘all hands on deck’ and customers love her.

Head bartender and Mixologist Bailey is a newly-welcomed breath of fresh air to Relish this summer. His knowledge of his trade, along with his undeniably witty sense of humour and excellent customer service, doesn’t go unnoticed. Even if you’re not feeling peckish, it’s a good place to pop in for a drink and a chat at the bar.

The rest of the team are exceptional. Friendly, professional and a great reason to stop by for dinner.

Glyn and his kitchen workforce also create wholesome mains, traditional Sunday roasts and gorgeous, home-made desserts.

With tables around the pool area outside, and indoor-roomy dining, we would say you’ll always get a seat. However they’re so popular, that they are fully booked most nights. We recommended reserving your table in advance as soon as possible.
